Preheat the grill to medium heat and prepare red cabbage slaw in the meanwhile.
Place burger(s) on the grill and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until hot and grill-marked.
Place chicken breast on the grill and baste with hot sauce. Turn and baste every 2 mins until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
Remove chicken from the grill and place it on the brioche burger bun, top with hot sauce, cilantro, pickles, red cabbage slaw and tomatoes.
This grilled chicken sandwich makes for a killer weeknight dinner.
